PRIVACY POLICY pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03

Pursuant to art. 13 of Leg. Dec. 30 June 2003, no. 196 and relative to personal information
we inform you of the following:

1. Personal data may be the object of handling, even through the use of computerised and telematic procedures, in addition to paper ones, in any case guaranteeing safety and confidentiality, for the following purposes:
A) In order to comply in general with legal, regulatory, European Community normative obligations. Procedures which normally fall within this category include the management of invoicing and payments which require the handling of the following data: Company name (or name and surname) of interested party, address, fiscal code, VAT no., telephone and fax number, email address, bank details (ABI, CAB, A/C number) etc.;
B) To perform activities directly connected and instrumental to the distribution of Services;
C) To perform statistical analyses, market research and economical analyses;
2. Subjects who can access your personal information are:
A) Employees/collaborators/trainees of the society responsible for handling data following appointment by the Owner or based on their defined roles in their area of operation (production, administration, sales, legal, IT, staff management, marketing, etc.).
B) The manager or managers of data handling discretionally appointed by the Owner.
